About Gerry Goodman
Gerry Goodman has 25 Years of real estate experience in the buying and selling of residential properties.
My team and I have successfully represented the interests of buyers, sellers and asset managers.
Recently closed a most difficult short sale for Bank of America that had 4 Trust Deeds, HOA lien, and a bankruptcy. Worked closely with Wells Fargo in that transaction.
Bachelor of Science Degree with an associate degree in business management from Northeastern University.
California Department of Real Estate Brokers License for over 15 years in good standing.
Certification Approval as a short sale, expert by the National Association of Realtors.
As an enrolled member of the Harris Real Estate University coaching program,
I pursued my REO and BPO Specialist designation. This provides me with industry updates as they apply to the support requirements of asset managers, and bank owned assets.
Working closely with my associates at Realty Network I possess the resources to maintain a reasonable volume of assets, which include repairs, utilities, re-keying & maintenance.
Recognizing that close to 54% of all sales in the local area are financially distressed properties it is incumbent upon my team to pursue closer relationships with asset managers to support their efforts in moving their inventory.
I cover and represent buyers and sellers in Orange County, CA.
As a graduate engineer, I pride myself on analytical skills that allow me to review past sold properties and arrive at a listing price that is usually acceptable. By reviewing the data with an appraisers’ hat, my listing price typically attracts many agents and buyers that provide closed sales within 90 days.
